Meet Steve Giannone

Originally from the East Coast, Steve ventured to the Bay Area in 2015 after spending 5-years in Jackson Hole. Steve's love for the Bay Area grew from the plethora of outdoor activities and like-minded adventure enthusiasts. Steve blends his passion for biking into the community as an active member of SF Bicycle Coalition and can often be found on group rides with SFCC and Rapha and Fatcake. 

A committed salesman with a background in real estate finance and multi-family investing, Steve always has an eye for adding essential value to one's home. As a former collegiate and professional Lacrosse player, he prides himself on his integrity and driven work ethic.

Drawing from his experience in value-add investments and renovation projects, he understands firsthand the importance of value creation when making a real estate investment. As a real estate investor, landlord, active house-hacker, and former Loan Originator with over $100m in new originations, he has the tool-belt and energy to support his clients in all aspects of the home buying process from a value-add vision, to financing, to the closing table.
